Prayer requests
When you send a prayer request, the form collects:
- Your name
- The prayer category you choose
- Your prayer request
- Your email address, only if you give it
- Whether you would like a personal response
Your request is sent by email to our ministry’s email inbox. It is not posted on the website or saved in a website database. Your request is read only by the members of our ministry who pray over requests, and it is treated with care and respect.
We use your email address only to reply to you if you ask for a personal prayer response. We will not use it for anything else.
Visitor statistics
To understand how many people our website reaches, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It shows us general totals, such as the number of visits, which pages are read, the country visitors come from and the type of device they use. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not tell us who you are.
Cookies
Our website does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may place a small, strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abusive or automated traffic.
Services that help run this website
Like almost every website, ours relies on a few trusted providers. Each of them may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the website to you:
- GoDaddy hosts the website. Like most hosts, it keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Cloudflare delivers the website securely and provides our visitor statistics.
- Google Fonts provides the lettering (fonts) used on our pages.
- Our email provider delivers and stores the prayer request emails we receive.
Keeping your information safe
Every page of this website is protected with a secure, encrypted connection (the padlock in your browser), including the prayer request form.
Your choices
You never have to give us your email address to send a prayer request. If you would like us to delete a prayer request you sent, please send a new request through our prayer request form, choose “Other,” and tell us your name and roughly when you sent it. We will delete it.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please let us know through the prayer request form and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
